Look and feel of the site is (And I don't mean to offend here) a little amateur.

I think it needs a simple, recognisable logo for one. Some kind of universal colour scheme or theme. A little more organisation in the aesthetics maybe, a little more professionalism.

I'm not trying to insult what's been done, I'm just saying that it doesn't look as much like a professional site as it could at the moment. I know these things take time though.

And, importantly, a front page!

Should we cut back down to one color theme? The gray one? Or a new theme entirely?

I have logo ideas, but haven't implemented them yet.

NOT grey please, I don't like the front page lol, maybe the red if anything, but I think a new scheme altogether would be cool.

I disagree about the amateur comment, I kinda like how the site looks.

I think we need a design consultant. Programmer does not equal artist.

I don't think it looks bad at all. But I do have eye for color... hehe.

No really, I think it looks fine. Maybe it could be snazzed up a little, but I don't know what kind of work that would entail, so... ignore my blabbering.

I think BD could use some color. The gray makes the site look dead and an awesome banner would also help.

I think the sub forums don't look good. They do make it look organized but the empty sub forums make this look ghostly. I think if the forum was divided in only general categories with no sub forums it would look more full and we wouldn't have to worry about posting in the wrong category and there would be a place to post general stuff. For example, if we wanted to talk about a movie director we would post it in the movies section, or if we wanted to talk about a new video game system we would just make a thread in the games section.

I think that would make the site look cleaner and not so ghostly and dead.
